1. Account responsibilities

• You must promptly notify Nortri of unauthorized account use or security concerns.

2. Rules for job seekers

• Provide truthful profile, skills, and availability information.
• Do not submit forged documents, fake work history, or misleading claims.
• Do not use the platform for harassment, threats, or unlawful conduct.
• Respect communication timelines and respond professionally to job interactions.

3. Rules for employers and shop owners

• Post only genuine jobs with clear duties, timing, and compensation details.
• Do not post illegal, exploitative, discriminatory, or deceptive work opportunities.
• Do not request unlawful payments, deposits, or personal documents outside policy.
• Comply with applicable labor, safety, and local business laws.

4. Job posting and content restrictions

Nortri may remove, edit, or refuse any listing or content that violates these Terms, legal requirements, or platform standards. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

5. Platform role and limitations

Nortri is a marketplace technology platform and not an employer, recruitment agency, or legal representative of either party. Nortri does not guarantee hiring outcomes, work quality, payment completion, or user conduct outside the platform.

6. Disputes between users

Users are primarily responsible for resolving disputes directly. Nortri may review complaints and take moderation action under policy, but Nortri is not liable for contractual, payment, performance, or personal disputes between users.

7. Suspension and termination

Nortri may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its discretion where there is suspected fraud, abusive conduct, legal risk, policy breach, or security threat. Certain records may be retained for compliance and safety.

8. Liability disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nortri and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use, including loss of income, opportunity, data, or reputation.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nortri harmless against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, submitted content, or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to terms

Nortri may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
